Would the word literate carry the same meaning with public (common wealth) in 1900 vs today 2020?

It was like being punished when they stopped you from being self employed, that usually meant being flat broke for however long. Just sometimes we bought one or it was this new cool thing that used the internet. Everyone had some version of something they would want to sell. The self employed people all knew each other and I just didn’t say that it was me doing the whole business thing but I was avoiding it because being a sole proprietor was being self employed they just weren’t unless it was if I had some work to do, and it might run out, but you just try and keep it coming or it usually does, and saving money did exist or blowing it all before someone else does. To remain wealthy you had to live in England and it was originally much larger than whatever they pretend it is but it hasn’t gone on in a while, it may have all been simulations.
To me restoring the commonwealth meant creating the regular wealth and what’s above it but not necessarily and that’s how self employment just went on or was legal in England, the king (or well god) Robinhood took everyone’s money and put it in one pile after the sacking war ended to pay everyone’s debt off that had it. Everyone sacked each other to pay their debt to a different bank or person, any person who ever loaned you money would be listed as a bank in England because many people never offered or gave a loan. The actual King never gave a single person (as in one not someone who isn’t in or doesn’t want a loans) a loan because self employment and capitalism went on and it was quite competitive and the same stuff was made or sold. Infringement always went on without a king. I refused to be a king and Arthur did (it turned into the regular monarch way if i did or if someone wanted to who could) to after seeing porn on the internet and smoking meth and watching everyone as a job I joked around about someone having through self employment and selling drugs or stealing. It was all allowed after they seen porn and fast food restaurants being built at the same time, and he gawked at a rollercoaster so I said we’d have to build that one first, as some equipment that everyone wanted to play with as children, or we’d be ruined.
Capitalism and money did matter with the England credit thing but only so much, you had to talk to that group and be mature. But you still had to earn a living and they were usually older than everyone else and were responsible with money or knew they had to bring in more or they’d be broke or kicked out of the group or the group would be broke. All of this business and electronic stuff was all illegal for this reason that industrial disaster thing already went on before, but it may be better this time. PBS kids wasn’t necessarily a desirable thing to be the commonwealth of a nation.

Self employment was somewhat like communism because of learning things your neighbor does, and everyone needing similar things. But sometimes they did have different things and you could make your own version but you may want it because of the way looks, and that’s why there was only one made of it. The person didn’t actually make a different one for each person so it didn’t seem communist and because of patents.
So I suppose common wealth does mean public but only so much. It could just the common wealth of the public. Like what’s everyone’s level of wealth, wealth is different than income or spending money. They’d have to talk about how many potato’s they grow a week and how hard the labor is, certain guys have easier methods or equipment they made or maybe bought. Public infrastructure wasn’t always good for a nation or state. And this is why a term poverty level exists. The common wealth could mean a balance of the commonwealth of a nation and not mean public property. If it went full government then public places do exist for traveling and possibly meeting someone else, but there’s also internet but only in England would you go to the persons house directly. The commonwealth kind of means the group. Sometimes the group liked capitalism and drugs. But the commonwealth means the group or like how it was before or how lives were before. But sometimes people died so nothing was restored. Maybe it does mean public but sometimes public was used as the word group but being in public would mean in the group. Common wealth didn’t mean public property or sidewalks and parks and benches or lounges (restaurants weren’t public, couldn’t we sit in there for free if it ran out of food, well of course not capitalism and business may go on). If common wealth meant public places in a nation then it meant that everyone was broke. And that’s how countries are no one wanted to travel or leave where they were, but maybe they would if no one else was there or they talked to other people or they desired to.
Literate means the opposite of illiterate meaning they can read and possibly write. It’d mean the whole population is literate, when some signs were made they spelled it how it sounded not to make it look fancy or proper. And that’s why it was bad to be fancy and proper.
What would restore the common wealth mean ? I guess it means fix up the public infrastructure that was damaged. Public property existing was kind of bad for a state or nation. They knew they were in someone else’s yard and if they got mad they’d say something or post a sign, waving and being friendly helps walking, sitting, or standing about 300 feet away and sometimes they needed help or had paid work for them (usually went on with younger people, older dudes or people were nervous as hell all the time, almost having heart attacks), then you just had to ask someone else about it like the low key king that doesn’t exist (wink). England was still a group of men and some boys, so it was like we were conspirators (but Julie had us confused by not knowing what England was because there was no sign or country called England but there was a bank of it) where it’s like there’s a king of some sort like a preferred to be retired male prostitute or well the women did it so we did but women didn’t jack off once a day or a week. And its withdrawals or side effects were seen as less bad and may have been preferred. At this point all drugs were probably legal in England. They just didn’t want the host using the stuff but this stuff kills diseases off for sure and they were smoking or poppin it.
All these credit cards and student loans and stuff was done the self employment method by anyone who was self employed for that sacking reason and if anyone had money in large amounts it meant embezzlement and robbery went on.
Shorter or slang names were to save time, be lazy, cool, or funny like in text messages. Understood I mean we can’t just go around talking about sticking our faces you know where.
This public area thing was a god damn living hell, that guy could climb right in your window. But in England it was fine because everyone would have to at some point. Areas started changing but walking was still necessary, people sneak off to 24 hour stores. Dispensaries weren’t 24 hours.

So like to not be considered in poverty you’d have to do your own healthcare and chemistry and eventually have your own machine to do it for you and with fancy vials and virus cultures so you don’t seem to be working at all. And any new inventions have to go through a machine or designed on a computer and made by one because it’s still work but it’s like a hobby and they don’t like hobbies making people rich.

And to grow him food, so I started midevil capitalism to get out of farming or hiding indoors.
